Terms of Use

Vitalog is an educational and organizational tool for personal supplement and compound logging. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for health decisions.

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s standard EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

Core inventory and daily dose logging remain available without purchase. Optional paid features may include:

• Consumable AI packs (for example, additional AI uses).
• Auto-renewable subscriptions for unlimited AI access (for example, monthly or yearly plans), billed through your Apple ID.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your Apple device, or via App Store account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Optional AI features may send limited content to a third-party provider only after you grant permission in the App.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or Apple’s terms.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you must review them before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
